Do I have to be a military spouse to become a Milspo Project member?

In short, yes. Our motto is "once a military spouse, always a military spouse." Which means if you're married to someone in the military on active duty, welcome. If you're a military spouse married to someone who is no longer active duty, welcome. If you're a new military spouse, welcome. If you have been a military spouse for awhile, welcome. If you're a veteran who's married to someone in the military, welcome. We're a military spouse entrepreneur tribe, so if you are military spouse, you're one of us.

Do I have to be a business owner to join?

No you don’t friend, just the intention to start one.

What is the financial investment to become member?

Our MP member investment is $27/month, and it includes access to book club, monthly workbooks, goal sheets, our virtual Mastermind group, exclusive retreats, member-led workshops and access to additional bonuses and biz coursework. Membership dues are drafted monthly on the same date of the month you secured your initial membership. There is no long term contract, and your membership can be cancelled at any time (with resources accessible through next billing cycle date). Email us at [email protected] with questions, and a member of our team will get back with you.

How do I start a business?

While there are many ways to get started, to be a legal business you must be registered with the IRS. Join our mailing list to stay up-to-date on the launch of Milspo Project's Business Blueprint, the complete online course for starting a business as a military spouse, launching 2019.

Can I sell my [Fill in the blank] to Your members?

Milspo Project, and in particular our private membership group, is a place for any military spouse running a business to gain support, ask questions, get feedback and discuss issues they may be facing in their business and military life.

Generally, if it concerns entrepreneurship or business topics you can talk about it in our member area. You're welcome to share your social pages, blogs, and websites for feedback, but direct promos are prohibited. Anyone who posts self-promotional stuff may be asked to leave without warning.

We value creating a harmonious online-member space, where people genuinely feel safe to share without fear of reprisal, being spammed, or having their ideas poached.

Who are Milspo Project members?

We are like you, mostly women, young, old, and in-between. We are parents, makers, spouses, creatives, retailers, coaches, service providers, artists, go-getters, and doers. We believe we can harness what military life has taught us about patience and perseverance, and leverage it into successful businesses. We have grit, period. Most importantly, we believe military life is a gift because it has a way of honing our souls day-in and day-out, which ultimately helps us get closer to the person we are meant to become.

You bet! After becoming a Milspo Project member, you have the opportunity to volunteer in a leadership capacity. As an MP ambassador, you are able to help our team host quarterly Gatherings as a Milspo Project representative and fill a number of volunteer roles for our organization.
