Tell us about your business! We make bags + accessories to empower military spouses and provide mobile income!

Why did you choose entrepreneurship? It was the only option. The duties of a military spouse and a PCS to a tiny mountain town meant I had nothing but time to think about what I could do for my family, my community and my self. My business partner and I jumped in head first, like most military spouses would do.

Why do military spouses make great entrepreneurs? We are a dedicated, smart and used to making it work.

What is a "blocker" for you in business. What holds you back? It comforts me to think and plan for only about what I can achieve in the near future, I tend to shy away from being "vision" heavy. I have to work hard not to get caught up in the details of how it will work and just "have a dream," if you will.

How has being a military spouse changed your for the better? In loosing my identity - I found one. So many times as Military spouses we are juggling more than the average entrepreneur can even imagine and if you think about it too hard it just might start to come down around you. It has taught me to work hard at the task at hand and focus with the time and resources I have available, no matter how limited they might seem at the time.

What strengths do you possess, that you did not know you had, until you became an entrepreneur? Patience, perseverance and perspective are just a few of the things I have discovered.

What would you tell a milspo entrepreneur who is feeling discouraged? Reach out. Ask for help. Better yet ask for whatever it is you think you need - chances are way better you will make it happen that way.

What are your five favorite things that you can not live without as a milspo entrepreneur? my Mac Book Pro, grocery shopping online, amazon prime, the Spotify app, any workout under 30 min.

What is the most amazing thing you have experienced in your business thus far? Teamwork.

How do you want to be remembered? As a hard worker who made the world around her at least a little bit better than the way she found it.
